Can you also ship items exceeding the maximum weight or dimensions?

We may be able to ship items that exceed our maximum dimensions of 120x60x60cm and our maximum weight of 30kgs. For these items we need to prepare a manual quote for you to make sure we have a shipping carrier that can transport your item.

Prerequisites

Please keep in mind the following:

• The item must be packed in a cardboard box that is sufficient for international transit when arriving at our warehouse, re-packing or consolidation for oversized shipments is not possible.
• You need to share the tracking ID and expected arrival date with us to make sure that we are prepared to accept your oversized item

Please also note that even though we do have some flexibility in the size of what we can ship it is not possible for us to ship very large and heavy items like machinery or vehicles.
