When we receive a new parcel for you at our warehouse we will add it to your account based on your mailbox ID within 24 hours. As soon as that happens we will notify you by e-Mail that your parcel has been received and you can place the order to have it forwarded through our website.
Do I need to inform you about incoming parcels?
No, there is no need to inform us about incoming parcels. We will reach out to you proactively once your parcel has been received.
What happens if there is no mailbox ID on my parcel?
In that case it can take up to 48 hours for the parcel to be added as our investigations team will have to review the item for you. If the item is not added after 48 hours please contact our customer service team.
What are the opening hours of the warehouse?
Our warehouse is generally open when parcel carriers deliver, that means if your parcel gets delivered through a parcel carrier like DHL, DPD, UPS or any other normal parcel carrier there is no need to worry from your side - simply wait until we have received your parcel.
If your parcel is delivered by a special freight delivery and you are asked for a time slot please make sure the delivery happens Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
