Adding your mailbox ID to your shipping address is very important to make sure we can assign the parcel can be added to your account. However in some cases you or the seller may have forgotten to add the mailbox ID to the address.
Process for parcels without a mailbox ID
In general parcel carriers will still deliver your item to us, our investigations team will then try to identify your account based on other details we have about the parcel which may lead to a delay of adding the parcel to your account.
If we are not able to identify whose account the parcel should be added to we will keep it for 7 days, after this time period it may be returned, disposed or sold.
When you need to reach out
If you do not see a parcel in your account and more than 24 hours have passed since the delivery please reach out to our customer service team. They will be able to find your parcel based on the tracking ID and can help you with adding it to your account manually.
